A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Interim People Director to lead and deliver strategic people initiatives during a period of transformation. This is a critical leadership role requiring a commercially minded HR executive with a strong track record across the full spectrum of the People agenda.

- Strong strategic and operational capability across all core HR disciplines.
- Comfortable leading change and transformation programmes.
- Available to start immediately (October 2025).
