Job Description

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Monitor and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and value for money.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements.
• Analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms and conditions.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on procurement best practices.
• Prepare reports on procurement performance for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Procurement Lead should have:

• Experience in procurement and supply chain management within the not-for-profit or public sector.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate procurement data and identify opportunities.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams to meet organisational needs.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
