Investigation and Disruption Team - Data and Development Officer (Reg Officer 1) - 31621
Responsibilities
- Support investigative and regulatory work by producing intelligence products, analysing data, maintaining case systems, and collaborating with partners.
- Contribute to evidence-based decisions, drive new investigations, and enhance disruption strategies while ensuring GDPR compliance and effective cross-team communication.
- Work in a dispersed team in a hybrid environment with regular travel for enforcement activities and training (York, Sheffield, Birmingham and Bristol).
- Participate in incident response as part of the role; training and support provided; may include additional pay.
Experience/Skills Required
- Good understanding of intelligence and how to interpret and use it appropriately.
- Inquisitive approach to researching and developing information and intelligence.
- Experience using intelligence to identify patterns and trends.
- Confident communicator; ability to convey information clearly.
- Excellent influencing skills and ability to build relationships in complex environments.
- Great teamwork and collaboration to achieve goals.
- Experience producing accurate reports; data collation, analysis and interpretation using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time to deliver outcomes and plans.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
