The Roles

As an Associate, you will play a key role in the origination and execution of complex M&A and capital markets transactions, working closely with senior bankers and clients. You will gain exposure to high-profile deals across Australia and Asia-Pacific, while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of living in Sydney or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysis.
  • Preparation of pitch books, client materials, and investment committee presentations.
  • Execution of live M&A and capital markets transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring.
  • Supporting origination by conducting industry research and contributing to client engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years’ experience as an Investment Banker (You must currently be an Associate).
  • Experience in M&A and/or capital markets within a global investment bank or leading boutique.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.
  • A genuine interest in relocating to Australia — employee visa sponsorship will be provided.
