Involved in all stages of the transaction process, including sourcing deals, meeting management teams, modelling, due diligence and deal execution Work closely with the London‑based Impact Fund Partner and Senior Investment Director, taking responsibility for workstreams and running parts of a transaction Consider impact factors when evaluating investments Direct origination activities Sit on boards and work actively with portfolio companies post‑acquisition Manage relationships with key advisors

Who We Are Looking For

Confident in financial modelling with experience in corporate finance, transaction services, consulting or lower‑mid‑market private equity Passion for the impact investing space and a commitment to improving people’s lives and the environment Entrepreneurial streak with a highly developed commercial understanding Team player, flexible and willing to contribute to a team Excellent communication, written skills and attention to detail
