The Opportunity
We’re engaged on a major UK Government digital programme and looking for experienced iOS Engineers to join the team. This is a long-term, high-profile contract where you’ll be contributing to the development of secure, citizen-facing mobile services with nationwide impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance iOS applications for government services.
- Work as part of a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product specialists.
- Integrate APIs and deliver new mobile functionality at scale.
- Ensure apps meet security, performance, and accessibility standards.
- Support ongoing improvements and feature delivery within Agile squads.
- Strong commercial experience as an iOS Engineer.
- Proficiency with Swift / SwiftUI and Apple development tools.
- Strong knowledge of API integration and performance optimisation.
- Agile team experience.
- SC clearance (active or in progress).
- Prior government, defence, or regulated sector experience.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration in mobile apps.
- Strong understanding of mobile app security.
