This role ensures platforms are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business growth while partnering with business unit leadership and teams to drive innovation in applications management, integrations, and automation, in both corporate and Cloud environments.The incumbent will need to work collaboratively with L&W’s IT Leadership, to assess the organization's current and future needs, whilst working with peers, and influencing leadership decision making, to devise strategic initiatives and objectives to meet these. This includes the assessment of operating environments, their contingency and efficacy, to ensure high delivery and availability standards are met. Working collaboratively with global IT Leadership, identify opportunities to enhance and expand IT infrastructure support services to meet the ever-changing needs of L&W.The incumbent requires good business acumen, and comfort in communicating with business leads and executives in the L&W BUs, as well as other key organizational stakeholders. The ability to straddle the various locations, cultures, and service environments to provide consistent delivery of IT service is critical.**Profile**Seasoned IT leader with (10+ years) expertise in managing enterprise application environments, cloud platforms, IAM (particularly OKTA), Atlassian administration, and application and third-party integrations.
