IT Audit Lead – Financial Services | London London, UK Hybrid (2–3 days in office) We’re supporting the search for a Lead IT Auditor to join a high-performing Internal Audit function within a global financial services organisation. This is a unique opportunity to join a dedicated team separate from the wider Audit function, yet highly collaborative through shared leadership initiatives and cross‑functional events. Responsibilities

Deliver risk‑based audits across a broad IT landscape: ITGCs, Application Controls, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, and Cyber Engage with business and IT stakeholders to assess technology risks and controls Act as a strong individual contributor, able to independently plan, execute, and report on audits Work closely with senior leaders and peers across Internal Audit to ensure consistent audit standards and innovation Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and data‑driven assurance

Experience Needed

5 – 10 years of relevant IT audit experience (internal audit or risk advisory) Proven ability to work independently and manage audits end‑to‑end Hybrid IT audit background covering ITGCs, infrastructure, apps, and ideally cloud/data Exposure to Analytics or visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) is a bonus Experience in Financial Services is advantageous Be part of a diverse, collaborative audit team with a strong learning culture Contribute to a globally integrated business with evolving technology and control landscapes Join a modern and accessible office based in the Amsterdam area with a flexible hybrid setup Work under experienced audit leadership committed to professional development and inclusion
