About the profile

We are looking for a IT Business Analyst to support documentation efforts in IT support functions. This role will involve close collaboration with an existing team to analyze, structure, and document current IT processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working in IT or operational support environments and be comfortable producing clear, structured documentation.

Functions:

• Support the analysis and documentation of current IT support processes.

• Work closely with technical teams to understand workflows, system interactions, and incident handling.

• Create and maintain process maps, procedures, manuals, and technical documentation.

• Participate in workshops or interviews to gather information from stakeholders.

• Assist in identifying areas for improvement or clarification in operational documentation.

• Ensure consistency and quality across all documentation deliverables.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in IT Business Analyst or similar roles.

• Initial experience in IT business analysis, technical support, or process documentation.

• Familiarity with ITIL-based environments or IT support structures.

• Good analytical and communication skills to extract and organize information effectively.

• High level of written English to produce high-quality documentation.

• Proficiency in tools such as MS Word, Excel, and Visio (or equivalent for process mapping).

• Right to work in the UK.

• Location: London -HYBRID
