IT Business Analyst Computershare UK is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our technology department in Edinburgh, Bristol, or Warsaw. The role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office with flexible work‑from‑home options. Responsibilities

Assist the product‑focused, cross‑functional delivery team in bridging the gap between technology and business. Lead and facilitate structured workshops with stakeholders and end users to identify and prioritise requirements. Use agile practices to stay responsive to business needs and shape delivery. Write high‑quality User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for a well‑organised Product Backlog. Engage with stakeholders, share knowledge, influence and challenge when needed, and represent the delivery team. Contribute to the Business Analyst community and support strategic initiatives. Assist with Service Transition and provide 2nd line support as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in IT Business Analysis or a similar role within a complex environment such as financial services. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Working knowledge of Agile software development. Strong collaboration, communication, and influence skills. Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a high‑demand environment. Exposure to financial systems, share‑plan administration or the EquatePlus platform. Formal qualification in IT Business Analysis or a related technical degree (advantageous).
