IT Client Partner - Sales / Farming - Healthcare and Public Sector Domain - London Engagement Manager

Role – Manager – Client Services (Public Sector Domain) Sales Farming

Work Location – Midlands (Leeds/Manchester/Northampton)

Infosys is looking to onboard an experienced Client Partner (CP) who will be responsible for managing customer relationships and overseeing both revenue and costs within specific public sector contracts.

• Operating Margin
• Adherence to Financial Plan

Responsibilities

• Customer Management
• Be seen as the business partner for the customers organization
• Have financial responsibility for the account
• Be accountable for adherence to contractual commitments
• Manage customer stakeholder relationships
• Working with the sales team to develop new revenue for the portfolio
• Lead and functionally run a dedicated core client management team

Must Haves

• Knowledge and experience of public sector
• Experience in relationship management
• Hands on approach
• Experience of working in a global delivery model
