The role purpose is to apply expert knowledge in the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft's cloud technology stack with particular focus in Azure Infrastructure, 365, Defender and Intune.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports IT Operations, acts as an escalation point for end-user issues and collaborates with I&O Manager and Technical Architect to optimise Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Contributor in Azure Cloud migration and service optimisation, whilst always considering security best practices and possible cost optimisations.
  • Use Microsoft tooling and RMM platform to deliver outstanding support to Oxalis users
  • Use Microsoft tooling to provision Windows devices, package and deliver software, and also manage user identities
  • Coordinate and oversee 3rd party activities to ensure successful delivery of service terms.
  • Manage incidents and changes using JIRA Service Management.
  • Remediate identified vulnerabilities and contribute to Oxalis' security landscape.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, communicate effectively across different teams and cultures.
  • Broad exposure to traditional IT Infrastructure
  • Can assess multiple options objectively to ensure fit for purpose suppliers and services
  • Proactive work ethic and drives change within IT systems.
  • Take ownership of decisions within remit and communicate the rationale and outcomes.
  • Flexible in availability for potential UK site visits, out of hours work and international travel.

Total Reward Package:

Basic Salary of up to £55,000

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with the potential for hybrid working arrangements.
