Overview

IT Infrastructure Analyst (12 month Fixed Term Contract). Hybrid working policy: 3 days per week required in the office.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor various systems including Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, VMware, VXRail, Cato Platform, Rubrik, Commvault, Juniper Mist, and APC.
• Respond to ServiceNow tickets (3rd line) and resolve incidents.
• Perform daily health checks of infrastructure services using management platforms like SolarWinds.
• Analyse vulnerabilities using Rapid 7 and manage patching of Servers, appliances, and Switches.
• Perform firmware updates for appliances like Kemp, Extreme APs, NetApp's, HP Servers, Rubrik, and Commvault.
• Log tickets with MSP and providers when services are impacted.
• Decommission old Servers as needed.

• Windows Server 2008 - 2025
• Microsoft infrastructure technologies including DHCP, DNS, WINS, Active Directory, Group Policy
• VMware vSphere, ESXi, VSAN, VCenter
• Entra ID
• Intune
• Azure IAAS
• SolarWinds monitoring
• Networking (Cisco, Juniper)
• Commvault/Rubrik (desirable)
