Job Title – SIO Delivery Lead (SIO = Security, Infrastructure and IT Operations)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT professional to lead our client’s infrastructure agile delivery initiatives across their technology landscape. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT infrastructure, project management, and agile methodologies, with hands‑on experience in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including architecture, security, and operations.
• Drive adoption and optimization of Azure DevOps for CI/CD and work item tracking.
• Gatekeeper for all incoming work for Group Security, Infrastructure and IT Operations (SIO).
• Manage all SIO requests from initial request through delivery to operational handover.
• Support the rollout and governance of Microsoft 365 services across the organization.
• Weekly reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps for task management.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
• A collaborative and innovative work environment.

Location

The role is hybrid with a requirement to be at the client site once a week (London).

Rate

The day rate is £400‑£500 outside IR35 depending on experience.
