Role: IT Infrastructure Manager

Location: Northwich, Cheshire – 2 days per week on site

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to join a fast-growing financial organisation and play a pivotal role in their future growth.

Base pay and notice

This range is provided by Coburg Banks. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What we’re looking for

• You will manage a team of seven, including a small team of three 1st/2nd line support analysts.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft OS, Microsoft 365 (M365), SQL, VMware and Veeam, with some networking knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement abilities with a track record in delivering infrastructure projects.
• Hybrid role; you will be commutable to Norwich as the office base, with on-site in Northwich two days a week.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day operations of the helpdesk and infrastructure support, providing the team with a 3rd line escalation point.
• Lead and manage infrastructure projects for UK and international offices and ensure systems run optimally with a focus on service delivery.
• Share hands-on skills in MS365, VMWare, servers and networking to develop the team.
