Up to £90,000 Base plus performance bonus c £99,000 OTE

We specialise in delivering exceptional customer experience and mission-critical expertise to customers around the world. Entering an ambitious growth phase, the demands on our Professional Services function have increased, and we are now seeking an experienced Head of PMO to lead and provide strategic direction to our project delivery function.

Responsibilities

• Report to the C-suite and shape and run a successful project function across post-sales, delivery, and transition into operations.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, setting clear goals, fostering accountability, and driving continuous improvement.
• Own customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparency, alignment, and successful delivery across all projects.
• Design scalable methodologies and implement robust risk management and change control processes to ensure quality, agility, and precision.
• Optimize resource planning, track performance through KPIs/dashboards, and oversee commercial governance to maximise profitability and utilisation.
• Set the standard for excellence, driving team success and outstanding client outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications

• Industry-recognised project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile/Scrum).
• Proven track record as a senior PMO leader within an IT Managed Service Provider, ideally in a Microsoft cloud environment.
• Experience evolving and scaling complex project delivery teams, embedding robust processes and methodologies.
• Commercially astute with experience in project financial governance (budgeting, forecasting, managing scope changes).
• Experience leading people, driving performance, supporting career growth, and overseeing onboarding to development.
