Base pay range

Up to £90,000 Base plus performance bonus c £99,000 OTE

Type: Full Time – Permanent

Location: Central London, SE1 (Hybrid: 3 Days Per Week)

Services: Microsoft Cloud IT solutions, hybrid working, modern workplace, cyber security, networking, and governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing PMO team; set clear goals, foster accountability, and drive continuous improvement.
• Own customer and stakeholder relationships ensuring transparency, alignment, and successful delivery across all projects.
• Design scalable, efficient project methodologies and implement robust risk management and change control processes.
• Optimize resource planning; track performance via KPIs and dashboards; oversee commercial governance to maximise profitability and utilisation.
• Provide strategic direction across post-sales, delivery, and transition into operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Industry-recognised project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile/Scrum).
• Proven track record as a senior PMO leader within an IT Managed Service Provider, ideally in a Microsoft cloud environment.
• Experience evolving and scaling complex project delivery teams with robust processes and methodologies.
• Commercial acumen in project financial governance, including budgeting and forecasting, and handling scope changes.
• Proven people leadership, including coaching, career development, onboarding, and performance management.
