OverviewIT Network Team Lead - Circle Health Group – Hybrid / Nationwide • 37.5 Hours – Permanent • Salary: Up to £65,000 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)Circle Health Group is Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent, cost effective IT Network services throughout all Circle Health Group locations nationwide across both the clinical and corporate functions. Manage the IT Networks team, 3rd party providers, contracted resources and managed service partners ensuring the operational stability, availability and security of the IT Network services on a day-to-day basis.Oversee the network environments; monitoring performance, ensuring system availability, reliability and providing input into capacity planning to handle projected growthEnsure services are delivered within agreed timescales and in accordance with SLA’sEnsure the highest levels of support are provided to Circle Health Group’s central infrastructure and other business critical SystemsLead the IT Service Delivery elements of major networks projects and change programmesDesign, develop and implement IT networks estate and servicesDirect the installation, support and maintenance of production systems to completionOverall ownership of Network related incidents and problemsActively participate in escalations to and from the wider IT Service Delivery team as requiredTake ownership of major incidents ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident reviewFunction as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the IT Networks team and wider IT departmentApplicants Should Meet The Following CriteriaExcellent (7+ years) experience within a medium/large organisation (~£500M+ annual revenue, 6,000+ end-users, 40+ different locations)Excellent (7+ years) experience in Network technologies such as: LAN Switching, WAN/LAN Routing and L3 technologies, Firewalls, Load Balancing and traffic prioritising technologies, VPN and Remote Access Technologies, Network management platform technologies, WLAN, network capacity planning and management including detailed sub/supernettingSignificant (5+ years) experience of enterprise architecture, network design and documentation including designing solutions derived from standards and templatesSome (1+ years) experience in supplier relationship management, commercial and budgetary managementSalary & Benefits25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with servicePrivate Pension SchemePrivate Healthcare Scheme for treatment at our hospitals, covering pre-existing medical conditionsFriends & Family Hospital DiscountsFamily Friendly policies, including enhanced Maternity, Paternity & Adoption payNon-contributory life insuranceStaff engagement hub with access to discounts and extensive rewards and voluntary benefitsAccess to resources, tools and services to support your wellbeingEmployee recognition programmesIndustry leading training and development opportunitiesCircle Health Group is committed to creating a diverse workforce offering inclusive opportunities for all our colleagues.
