Residential and Rural sectors.Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 330 offices.**Responsibilities*** You will be part of a team of eight and will have direct management of one procurement executive.* Serve as the leadership-level point of contact between the suppliers and internal stakeholders consuming supplier services and solutions.* Collaborate with internal stakeholders — including IT and business resources, sourcing and procurement — to develop criteria and best practices for supplier selection.* Optimise the cost-effectiveness of negotiations and ensure compliance of negotiated agreements to established supplier management policies and practices (such as articulation of service levels and deliverables, etc.).* Manage the maintenance/enhancement of tools for use in supplier management, including supplier tracking, analytics and performance management tools.* Manage the collection, consolidation and communication of reporting and data on supplier contracts, performance, risk and relationships to key stakeholders and suppliers.* Management and tracking of software/hardware assets and consumption of cloud-based entitlements.* Oversee maintenance of supplier agreements and, where applicable, in cooperation with procurement, legal, compliance and stakeholders, ensure that they are current/up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.* Manage/oversee the creation and maintenance of a repository of suppliers in a contract management database or similar solution to track key engagement milestones (expirations, renewals).* Segment and rationalise the supplier portfolio so that appropriate focus can be applied to the most strategically important supplier relationships/engagements.* Maintain an inventory of supplier spend in collaboration with other areas, such as finance and procurement by category (software, hardware, telecom, services), cost centre and region.* Manage supplier relationships as the key point of contact between specified suppliers and the business.* Serve as a point of escalation for supplier issues and disputes and drive those issues to resolution.* Manage the communication process with suppliers, including what information should be communicated, when and by whom, to ensure that appropriate leverage is preserved.* Oversee the measurement and reporting of supplier performance, including the development of evaluation tools based on stakeholder needs, and the creation of scorecards and dashboards that will accurately present this data.* Ensure that the metrics used to evaluate performance are properly tied to business outcomes and bias-free, and that the associated communications around these metrics are clear.* Manage delivery of performance feedback to supplier organisations and oversee action plans and corrective measures which may arise from the performance management process.* Maintain supplier risk assessments or risk registers in cooperation with risk and compliance teams.* Develop or participate in the development of risk frameworks accounting for sensitivity to and tolerance for identified supplier risk types (financial, regulatory, operational, reputational, etc.).* Partner with other areas of the business (procurement, finance) to track and report on supplier financial viability, business continuity, and corporate and regulatory compliance.* Provide oversight to supplier audits where required.**Professional experience and personal skills profile*** A bachelor’s degree in business, management or a related field* Desired professional qualifications may include:* Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)* Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)* Certified Technology Procurement Executive (CTPE)* Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA)**Experience*** A minimum of five years of experience in a supplier management or a related field* Proven experience in the successful management of suppliers/third parties, including, but not limited to, policies, performance, supplier risk, relationships, contracts (including negotiations), and issue and dispute resolution* Experience driving change and facilitating collaboration and action in highly distributed or flat organizations.**Required Knowledge and Skill*** **Strategic Procurement and Commercial Acumen*** Deep understanding of IT category management across software, cloud, infrastructure, telecoms, professional services, information security and digital.* Strong commercial and financial literacy, including TCO modelling.* Demonstrated experience leading complex negotiations using structured methodologies (e.g. MESO, BATNA, value-based negotiation).* Understanding of software licensing models and commercial constructs for leading vendors (Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, etc.).**Digital and Analytical Capability*** Competent in the use of digital procurement tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, or similar).* Ability to interpret and act on data and analytics to identify trends, supplier performance issues, and commercial opportunities.* Strong awareness of emerging technologies and trends (AI, automation, SaaS evolution, FinOps, cloud optimisation).**Governance, Risk, and Compliance*** Skilled at translating risk and compliance requirements into contractual protections and supplier performance measures.* Familiarity with relevant regulatory and industry requirements (e.g. GDPR).* Knowledge of third-party risk management principles (TPRM), supplier segmentation, and risk-based supplier
