IT Procurement Specialist

Role: IT Procurement Specialist

Client: Large Pet Care Group

Location: Hybrid working and in South-Norfolk 2 days per week

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 plus benefits (including up to 6% matched pension and generous staff discount on pet care and products)

As IT Procurement Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering smart, value-driven solutions supporting over 500 practices across the UK and beyond. If you thrive on building supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and making every pound count while contributing to pet and owner well-being, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a forward-thinking, inclusive organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT procurement projects across hardware, software, telecoms, and services
• Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to understand IT procurement needs and translate into actions
• Run full, end-to-end tender processes
• Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, and renewal schedules
• Stay up to date with IT procurement trends, licensing models, and market innovations

What You'll Need:

• Good procurement experience, with some experience in the IT category
• End-to-end experience, including tendering, negotiation, and supplier management
• Good interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management and negotiation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
