Role Summary

Is the next step in your career at SMBC Group EMEA? We’re looking for a Secure Change and Automation Specialist within Information Security to join our team.

The Secure Change and Automation Specialist will ensure the continuity of security services and facilitate security control changes with a particular priority placed on building automated solutions to replace manual approaches wherever possible. This sucessful candidate will be a key member of the Security Engineering team and will play a vital part in the maintenance the security posture of the organisation.

This position is critical to the core business functions of the Bank, it requires a strong and broad technical skillset, exemplary communication skills and the capacity to effectively balance operational support and strategic project requirements.

Position Description

The Security Engineering team is responsible for the technical support and management of specific InformationSecurity elements of the Bank’s global IT platforms, supporting colleaguesto ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Bank’s systems and information.
