Overview

IT Security Architect for Network & Cloud - Remote - Permanent. The role is remote with occasional travel to Belfast or London. Salary negotiable; seeking the right candidate for a global legal firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of the Firm's cloud network security solutions.
• Oversee the operation and configuration of the Firm's cloud security toolsets.
• Design and manage CNAPP (cloud-native application protection platform) and CASB (cloud access security broker) technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Tenure as a Security Architect in a blue-chip, global client.
• Experience managing enterprise network security solutions, particularly with CASB and CNAPP.
• Skillset in Microsoft technologies within Cloud Access security: Microsoft Defender (Cloud Apps), Microsoft Entra ID, CNAPP.
• Secondary skills useful include experience with Palo Alto Prisma or Vectra AI (both are used).
• Ideally someone who was an Engineer before moving to an Architect position.
• 3-5 years of experience working within network security solutions in the cloud. The experience must be within cloud network solutions engineering (security solutions within the cloud).
• Candidates should come from either a network security or security engineering background.
• Ideally, 10 years of experience, but candidates with 3 years of demonstrable experience within an enterprise monitoring network and security solutions in the cloud will also be considered.
• Zscaler experience is an advantage.
