Job Title: IT Service Governance and Advocacy Lead
Location: Cambridge / London
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Responsibilities
IT Service Governance
- Manage and maintain the IT Services Inventory
- Ensure up-to-date ownership and KPIs for each IT Service
- Prepare reporting of IT Service KPIs to IT Leadership Team and Executive Leadership
- Support the creation and maintenance of clear Operating Models for key IT Services
- Maintain the IT Organization Chart
- Maintain and publish an 18-month rolling view of the IT Cadence
- Facilitate leadership presentations as necessary
- Govern and own SharePoint for IT so it remains relevant
- Regularly review and govern IT Intranet (OneSpace)
- Manage new joiner pages and information hub for IT including the new joiner Induction Pack
IT Service Advocacy
- Prepare and maintain the content of IT pages on the Intranet (OneSpace)
- Be a brand ambassador for IT, presenting a clear and positive IT image
- Govern IT operational messaging with a defined Operating Model and protocols
- Control access and configuration of the IT Communications Mailbox
- Perform quality reviews of communications (Projects, IT Services, Incidents, etc.)
- Prepare IT Leadership (ITLT) messaging beyond Employee Communications remit
- Support ITLT messaging through Café Corner (Viva Engage site) and provide feedback from IT employees
- Ensure continuity of key links to the IT SharePoint site
- IT Office Newsletter; support ITLT responses to Peakon surveys
- Act as primary point of contact for Employee Communications; input content into IT All Hands Calls
- Propose content for Employee Communications (e.g., all-employee newsletters)
- ESG Team and Technology Amnesty metrics reporting; report KPI metrics affecting LTIP to ITLT
Essential requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in writing technical communications and providing quality reviews
- Ability to coach teams in communications best practice
- Adept in cross-functional collaboration
- SharePoint creation and management experience
Desired skills
- Degree educated preferred
- Experience of working in a global company
