Outstanding contract opportunity to join this global, infamous and well-loved retailer on a contract basis as a Service Management Technology Architect to deliver the design, integration and optimization of service management tooling across the business.

Responsibilities

• Architecting service management tooling including automation
• Design and integration of Helix ITSM tool (or similar) with other platforms
• Decommissioning legacy ITSM tools
• Aligning with enterprise architecture governance and compliance in global corporations
• Strong stakeholder management, particularly with design authorities

Qualifications

• Extensive experience architecting service management tooling including automation
• Experience of Helix ITSM tool (or similar) and its integration with other platforms
• Experience decommissioning legacy ITSM tools
• Experience aligning with enterprise architecture governance and compliance in global corporations
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with design authorities
• Ideally, experience within the retail sector
