Overview

Our Client is an established bank based in Central London. They are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst with at least 5 plus years hands-on experience in IT Support and Infrastructure.

Salary: circa £45K - £55K. This is a hybrid position and you will be required to be in the office at least 3 days a week. The position is a 12 month full-time contract (FTC initially).

Responsibilities

• Microsoft Windows (all versions) with high-level troubleshooting and issue resolution using knowledge bases.
• Active Directory (security groups, administration/deployment, LDAP, ADSI).
• Citrix XenApps – Administration, maintenance and support of an existing XenApps server farm.
• Windows Server Environment 2012/2016 – design, deployment, maintenance and support.
• VMware virtualization environments.
• Backups – experience with various applications and recovery options.
• Networking – design, troubleshoot, and installation (VLAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP, OSI).
• Router maintenance – wireless configuration, installation and setups.
• PowerShell competency (backup/Azure/EMC).
• VPN Administration and Deployment.
• DNS administration (internal and external).

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on IT Support and Infrastructure experience.
