IT Support Engineer – 1st Line Support contractor for Free-Work UK. 6 months, hybrid, Liverpool.

Responsibilities

• 1st Line / Service Desk / Customer Support – in a Windows / Microsoft environment
• SharePoint
• Windows 10
• Office 365
• Active Directory
• Azure
• Experience supporting client-facing software is beneficial
• Triaging tickets and escalating to relevant teams
• Using ServiceNow ticketing system
• Maintain excellent customer service

• Duration: 6 months with view to extend
• Rate: £130 - £145 per day

• Location: Hybrid, one day per week in Liverpool
