Role: ServiceNow Technical Architect
Location: London, Manchester or Edinburgh

A leading global professional services company serving clients in more than 100 countries is seeking experienced ServiceNow Technical Architects at Manager level. As the defining ServiceNow partner in the ecosystem, we’re looking for talented individuals to work on the most exciting and complex projects globally.

As a Manager-level Technical Architect, you’ll provide leadership and technical design authority on critical ServiceNow programs for Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow Developers, implementing quality standards and conducting architectural reviews.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow account teams to drive business growth.
• Stay at the forefront of ServiceNow capabilities and AI/GenAI innovations.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Development & Technical Architecture.
• Experience leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as technical manager and mentor (5+ years).
• Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
• JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Security Clearance (SC).
• Certified Technical Architect with ambition for Certified Master Architect.
