Job Description
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our JLT team, where you will be responsible for the account administration end to end process of Joiners, Leavers and Transfers (JLT) within the business, including the building of laptops and the management of assets. To succeed in this role, you need to be organised and have a natural analytical way of thinking along with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience of managing user accounts in tools like Active Directory will help you to translate and fulfil our user requirements. You need to be delivery focused, able to multi-task and very much a team player. Working closely with Procurement, Application Owners and Technical Support teams to ensure colleagues have the right levels of access permissions and hardware to succeed in their roles. You will get access to a wide range of different technical disciplines and must be comfortable working within a flexible and progressive environment.
Responsibilities
- Operational support of our Joiners, Leavers and Transfers, including hardware build and preparation, user account and application permissions, mobile phone set up
- Support day 1 set up with colleagues, either directly or remotely and the 'last day' process including remove accessing permissions and hardware retrieval
- Manage a queue of incidents and requests via our help desk solution, ensuring work notes are maintained. Prioritising workloads based on impact and urgency
- Assist with audits and projects as required
- Manage the ordering and configuration of hardware and software as per request requirements, following approval defined workflows
- Working with suppliers and internal application support teams in request fulfillment
Qualifications
- Have knowledge of IT systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Azure and Exchange
- Ability to use Microsoft products including Excel
- Personable, diplomatic, and trustworthy - dealing with confidential information
- Comfortable dealing with all levels of staff up to and including Partners and Directors, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer service focus
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills, able to cope working in a busy environment and the ability to prioritise workload
