After recently becoming the first app of its kind to launch globally, Bridebook now enables couples to plan destination weddings anywhere in the world. This exciting expansion makes it a truly fantastic time to join us on our journey!

Our team is made up of talented creative, analytical, and tech-focused minds! We’ve collaborated with some fantastic partners including the Natural History Museum, Hilton, the Ritz, Etsy and Jimmy Choo, and have been featured 12 times on the App Store as well as been rated the number 1 app by Apple. Our investors are well known for supporting some previous successful unicorns such as Airbnb, Pinterest, Skyscanner and Tesla.

You'll drive commercial performance by uncovering data-driven insights and optimizing our sales and account management processes. This involves leveraging your HubSpot and Chargebee expertise to build seamless, scalable workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and empower our commercial team with better data and tools. You'll champion improvements, ensure CRM effectiveness, and collaborate across teams to translate customer needs into winning strategies.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Uncovering data-driven insights to directly fuel sales and account management performance improvements.
• Identifying and resolving process bottlenecks, providing key information to optimize sales effectiveness.
• Collaborating with BI to empower the commercial team with self-serve data capabilities.
• Leveraging your system integration knowledge to create seamless workflows.
• Championing and implementing impactful process improvements.
• Building scalable commercial processes to support rapid growth.
• Optimizing the entire supplier lifecycle, from invoicing to lead management, for maximum efficiency.
• Being a Hubspot expert in training, driving compliance and unlocking greater CRM effectiveness.
• Partnering with commercial and product teams to translate customer needs into product and sales strategies.
• Utilizing your Chargebee and Hubspot skills to drive results.

We’re looking for someone who is/has:

• Experience in sales, account management, or Sales Operations and understand what drives a successful sales team. You're also keen on sales training and process improvement.
• Familiarity with CRM and invoicing systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Chargebee, etc.), but a strong aptitude to learn is also valued.
• Analytical, enjoy presenting data, and have a knack for process management, always wanting to understand how things work.
• Comfortable engaging with customers or suppliers to gather feedback and drive improvements.
• Highly driven and committed to meeting deadlines.
