Be the first Junior Account Executive to join our new sales team and shape the future of JustFeedback.
As a Junior Account Executive, you'll be the first member into our outbound sales team and be a key player in the exponential growth strategy for JustFeedback.com. Working alongside a driven team of highly talented professionals to achieve ambitious, yet achievable new business targets.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in prospecting and closing deals in a SaaS environment. You should be comfortable building relationships with clients and have excellent communication skills as well as being a great team player who is willing to go above and beyond to help the company succeed.
An ideal opportunity for an experienced Sales Development Representative or Junior Account Executive seeking a fast-track role for progression.
This is a full-time remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Focus 100% on new business acquisition and managing 360 deal cycle.
- Prospect and build relationships with clients to identify opportunities for growth.
- Use sales techniques to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Use CRM software to keep track of customer interactions and opportunities.
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge of the industry.
- Help the company achieve its growth targets.
- Provide client feedback to product developers so we can improve our offering.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a prospecting role with some closing experience.
- Experience with demo and deal closing within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of success in prospecting and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable building relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- You have received sales training or a master’s in business or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate is hungry for sales success and possesses a hunter mentality.
- Growth mindset with strong sales drive, proactive and self-motivated ambitious attitude.
- Confident in delivering persuasive demo / sales presentations clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other relevant software to manage and track sales activities.
