The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to step into a client-facing role in the tech industry. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, helping them get the most out of the platform, solving problems, and spotting opportunities for growth. While this is not a hard-sell position, you’ll be commercially minded and always looking for ways to add value and strengthen the client relationship.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working closely with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and how the platform fits into their day-to-day operations. From onboarding new clients to managing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities, you’ll be central to the customer journey. You’ll also work internally with product, sales, and support teams to ensure customer feedback is heard and acted on, and that every interaction with the company is a positive one.

What You’ll Learn

In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of client relationship management in the SaaS space. You’ll gain experience in account planning, customer success, and consultative sales, while sharpening your communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills. You’ll also become confident working with tools like CRM platforms and data dashboards to help clients see the full value of what they’ve purchased.
