Overview
As a Junior Employment Lawyer you will oversee all employment‑related legal and administrative matters across our international operations, ensuring compliance, supporting talent acquisition, and driving employee welfare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide onboarding and off‑boarding processes, handling contract changes, system updates and document processing.
- Steer people‑side administrative operations for acquisitions, reorganisations, legal restructuring and share‑option plans.
- Manage job‑offer processes end‑to‑end, including monitoring, negotiation and supporting international employees with visas and documentation.
- Work cross‑functionally to develop and implement employee welfare and benefits initiatives.
- Support new office launches by coordinating administrative workstreams, conducting due diligence on local requirements and building a blueprint.
- Stay up to date with workplace laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across our organisations and collaborating with external consultants.
