Job Description:

Role: Support the product management team in managing a diverse product portfolio, supporting full lifecycle processes, and working cross-functionally to enhance product offerings and market alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product portfolio stages within the UK, including lifecycle processes and product phase-in/out.
• Assist in new product development, volume forecasting, gap analysis, and market feedback.
• Align the product roadmap and vision with UK market needs.
• Coordinate the introduction of new or updated products with relevant teams.
• Support marketing, sales, and product development activities.
• Act as a point of contact for product-related inquiries.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Support events and launch campaigns.
• Create marketing collateral and content, including blogs and case studies.
• Monitor market trends and buyer sentiment.
• Assist in channel development and product support for retail and end-user channels.

Experience and Skills:

• Passion for product management and understanding of product lifecycles.
• Strong analytical skills and market insight translation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with accuracy in management tasks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Valid driving license required due to travel needs.
