Junior Project Manager, Junior Business Analyst, Junior Business Relationship Manager required to join a Professional Services firm as an Innovation Manager based in Central London. The current setup is to mainly work from home but go to the London offices circa twice a month.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong Stakeholder Management skills
• Understanding of Technical Development teams, how to communicate with them, how they work, how they think, etc.
• Good overall understanding of IT / Technical Departments and structures
• Business acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to become an Innovation Manager as a bridge between technology and the business, learning more about AI, RPA, LLMs etc
• Excellent attitude and personality with a desire to succeed
• Agile exposure
• Any Project Management or Business Analyst (CBAP) accreditations would be welcome (and/or BRM accreditations such as BRMP)
• Professional Services experience welcomed but not essential
• Confident, capable of working with senior, partner level / C-suite stakeholders without excessive hand-holding
