Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Project Manager to support and coordinate CRM campaign projects and related initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who combines strong organizational skills with a passion for digital customer engagement and stakeholder management. You’ll work closely with multiple teams and external partners to ensure campaigns and CRM projects are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns and related digital projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Review and coordinate projects (partner-led or in-house) and engage relevant internal business stakeholders throughout.
- Proactively monitor campaign and project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies before they impact delivery.
- Support quarterly business reviews with partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and performance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, campaign calendars, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, analytics, technology) and external vendors to deliver high-quality CRM communications.
- Assist with audience segmentation and data preparation to support targeted, personalized CRM strategies.
- Ensure all campaign activities comply with brand guidelines and data privacy regulations.
- Contribute to process improvements and drive innovation within the CRM and project delivery space.
- Support people supply chain planning by identifying resource needs and working with colleagues to optimize delivery capabilities.

Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in CRM, digital marketing, or eCommerce/retail.
- Familiarity with CRM and campaign platforms, especially Adobe Campaign; experience with other platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (sprints, MVP delivery) and tools like JIRA is .
- Experience with vendor management and change management processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

Hours of Work:
37.5 hours per week. Some weekend or evening work may be required to support campaign deadlines or critical projects.
