Junior Sales Administrator

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Junior Sales Administrator to join our team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to begin or grow a career in sales and operations. You will play a key role in keeping the sales engine running smoothly by supporting the team with presentations, meeting logistics, client communication, and coordination of ongoing sales initiatives.
This role offers great exposure to all facets of the sales cycle and provides a path for career development within the revenue team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, formatting, and updating client-facing sales presentations, proposals, and collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all sales materials and maintain up-to-date templates.
Market Research
- Conduct research to identify target companies aligned with our ideal customer profile—factoring criteria such as company size, sector, funding status, and leadership teams.
Client Communication & CRM Management
- Follow up on inbound sales enquiries to schedule introductory calls and meetings.
- Keep current CRM records accurate and up-to-date.
Administrative & Campaign Support
- Support the delivery of revenue campaigns and strategic sales initiatives through data entry, reporting, and document management.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel
