Key Account Manager / Contract Services Manager Trinity Fire & Security Systems (part of PTSG – Premier Technical Services Group) Location: Based South (National Coverage) Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + car or allowance + benefits Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of major service contracts – from mobilisation to delivery and renewals. Build trusted, long‑term partnership with key clients. Oversee planning, service, and operations to ensure consistent performance and profitability. Monitor SLAs and KPIs, resolve issues quickly, and identify improvement opportunities. Support technical teams on site and ensure compliance with BS5839 and relevant standards. Attend client meetings across the UK – typically 1–2 days per week of travel.

Qualifications

Knowledge of fire alarm systems and BS5839 standards. A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a customer‑first attitude. Confidence in managing high‑value contracts and multiple stakeholders. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when needed.
