Following a period of transformation and growth at Royal Mail, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Strategic Sales team as Key Account Manager based in the East Midlands. You will lead a defined portfolio of approximately 20 high-value customers through a strategic and relationship-driven approach. You will be responsible for maximising revenue growth, retaining key accounts, and delivering business-critical initiatives across parcels, international and letter services. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver bespoke solutions that drive commercial success.
