What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing OEM customers to increase order values and develop new revenue streams.
• Develop new customers supported by a credible marketing strategy.
• Handle multi-million euro deals, with customer values having quadrupled in the past year.
• Work independently within a dynamic, ambitious team under new leadership.

What You’ll Need to Bring:

• Strong commercial acumen and a proven sales record with large OEM or enterprise B2B manufacturers.
• Personal ambition with a clear career growth trajectory.
• Willingness for potential global mobility (USA/China).
• Drive, determination, and resilience.
