Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a Key Account Manager to increase knowledge and awareness within Residential & Commercial Heating solutions. This new vacancy has been opened to assist our wide customer base with their ambitious goals to reach Net Zero.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Increasing overall sales of Commercial and Residential solutions (volume, value, and margin in line with agreed targets,
- Expand the current project pipeline by establishing clear growth of Heating solutions,
- Establish strong relationship with key stakeholders,
- Specify products to M+E consultants,
- Establish strong relationships with BMS and M+E contractors and specialists HVAC merchants/wholesalers,
- Perform product selection and dimensioning for customers, if requested technical product and application support key stakeholders,
- Deliver product and application trainings (incl. CPD, seminars and training),
- Work with other divisions of Danfoss, sharing knowledge and sales leads.
The position will see the successful candidate support Commercial Heating and Residential stakeholders and service companies in pre- and post-sales offering value added solutions by way of system knowledge. Within this role there will be a need to progressively increase sales through innovation and full system solution offerings. This role requires the candidate to work collaboratively within London and Home Counties England.
The job is home working, ideally with the candidate living on patch in the designated, with a requirement to travel within the UK.
Independent working requires high levels of motivation and commitment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or experience in the related field,
- Knowledge of Residential & Commercial Heating applications and mechanical system,
- Proven experience in delivering solutions and working collaboratively with customers and stakeholders across all levels,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence and build relationships,
- Ability to thrive independently while driving team success and sector growth,
- Innovative mindset with a focus on developing and securing business opportunities,
- Strong organizational skills and commercial acumen for managing priorities and projects,
- Familiarity with account management and CRM systems, demonstrating adaptability and passion in the role.
