- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients — particularly in the banking and financial services sector — to ensure satisfaction and drive sustainable account growth
- Identify client needs, pain points, and business opportunities through regular meetings, needs assessments, and structured account mapping
- Collaborate closely with the Delivery team to ensure proposals, pricing, and offered solutions are relevant, high-quality, and aligned with client expectations
- Prepare and manage business documentation, such as client presentations, case studies, offer templates, and internal reports
- Conduct market research and target group analysis to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences , and client meetings to expand the professional network and promote service offerings
- Ensure alignment with the overall Business Management strategy , executing agreed plans and commercial goals
- Actively cross-sell and upsell Mindbox services to existing clients by identifying new needs and expanding the service portfolio
- Support and lead tender processes , including reviewing estimations from Delivery, coordinating submissions, and preparing complete commercial and technical offers
- Lead client meetings and negotiations , including pricing discussions, contract finalization, and ensuring post-signature follow-up
- Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, maintaining a high level of engagement and oversight across all activities and deliverables
- Analyze lost business opportunities , providing feedback and insights to improve future sales strategy and client retention
- Proven experience in a Key Account Management or Client Partner role, ideally within IT consulting or professional services
- Experience working with clients in the banking and financial services sector
- Solid understanding of business models in the technology and outsourcing sectors
- Deep knowledge of B2B sales processes , client relationship management, and solution-based selling
- Experience working cross-functionally with Delivery, Legal, and Finance teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills , with the ability to handle multiple high-value clients simultaneously
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and business development
