Join a Top 60 UK law firm as a Knowledge Lawyer or Associate/Senior Associate in their award‑winning Real Estate team based in the City of London. You will produce quality knowledge content for over 120 lawyers, supporting the Commercial Real Estate and Partnership teams and driving excellence in client service and legal insight.

The Role
As a Knowledge Lawyer you’ll maintain and develop central precedent documents, manage the Knowledge Hub, support fee earners, coordinate training, monitor legal technology tools, and contribute to firm‑wide knowledge and risk initiatives. You will act as a key liaison between the Commercial Real Estate department, other teams, and the Knowledge team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance central precedent documents, track legal developments and manage the Knowledge Hub (SharePoint) to ensure resources are accurate, accessible and well‑organised.
Lead and coordinate monthly know‑how meetings, design and deliver engaging training sessions and collaborate with internal and external speakers to drive professional learning.
Monitor and assess legal tech tools to improve efficiency, liaising with providers such as Avail, Orbital CoPilot, DocuSign, and Clarilis; manage usage reports and support implementation of new solutions where beneficial.
Contribute to thought leadership through articles, newsletters and seminars; collaborate with the BD & Marketing team to create client‑facing content and support sustainability initiatives.
Work closely with the Head of Knowledge, Risk & Compliance and other teams to ensure consistency, innovation and regulatory alignment; support firm‑wide projects, onboarding and the group’s wider business plan.
Requirements
Experienced Commercial Property Knowledge Lawyer or 5+ PQE solicitor (England & Wales qualified).
Experience in residential and rural property matters is a bonus.
Strong understanding of how a law firm operates as a business.
Focused on delivering high‑quality service to colleagues and clients.
Confident presenter with creative thinking to maximise audience engagement.
Strong problem‑solving, project management, risk management and mitigation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
Self‑motivated with a proactive approach.
Calm and efficient under pressure.
Flexible regarding time and duties.
