Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with remote work and regular in-person meetings in Newcastle upon Tyne. There will be opportunities for international travel to support clients in Europe and North America. The Role
We are seeking a proactive and personable L2/3 Systems Engineer to join our team in a customer-facing capacity to assist our clients to utilise the Atria platform features and benefits.
You will work closely with our Customer Success Manager based in Newcastle upon Tyne and engage regularly with clients across Europe and North America. While the position is primarily remote, regular in-person meetings in a shared working space are also expected.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor, triage and resolve support tickets for Atria clients around the globe.
· Troubleshoot technical issues related to Atria and integrated platforms.
· Work with key Atria clients to design, implement and optimize automation solutions.
· Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks.
· Build and nurture relationships with client engineering teams.
· Identify opportunities to enhance client operations through automation.
· Work closely with the distributed Atria team to ensure exceptional client support.
· Maintain and update existing technical documentation; assist in documenting new features to ensure clarity and usability.
· Contribute to marketing efforts by writing technical blogs and sharing insights on problem-solving experiences or relevant IT industry developments.
· Manage small-scale projects, breaking down complex issues into actionable, multi-step implementation plans.

· Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation and content.
Desirable/Nice to Have:
· Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Citrix, Or another RDS Software
· Background in IT support roles with a focus on automation.
· Familiarity with integrating automation tools into IT service management platforms.
· Experience in managing projects, with the ability to deconstruct tasks into manageable steps.
