You will be joining our growing specialist Land & Property team within Quintas Energy to assist with the management of existing assets and development of new solar parks. Quintas Land & Property are a team committed to professional representation of our clients and appropriate management of their assets. Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager or Coordinator to join Quintas Energy's Land & Property team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering essential grounds maintenance and landscaping projects on solar farm sites across the UK. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, site Operations & Maintenance (O&M) providers, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and ongoing site management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage multiple landscaping and civils projects concurrently, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Liaise with site O&M providers, contractors, ecological consultants, and other stakeholders to foster effective collaboration and ensure project milestones are met.

Oversee site planning permissions and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and environmental requirements, including biodiversity and ecological enhancements.

Promote and enforce Health and Safety procedures on site in line with UK regulations, including knowledge and application of CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulations where applicable.

Support the delivery of ecological and biodiversity projects, including habitat enhancement and ecological monitoring activities.

Assist in planning and executing tree works, including vegetation management and enhancements to improve site safety and biodiversity.

Conduct regular site visits as required across the UK to monitor project progress, coordinate with site teams, and address any emerging issues.

The role will be predominantly home-based working with occasional travel to our London office for internal meetings. Ability to travel to sites across the UK is important as required for projects and site audits but the role does not demand extensive periods away from home.
