Due to the development and expansion of the Clinical Negligence department, they are now seeking to appoint a Solicitor / Legal Executive to take on some high quality claims (mixture of pre and post litigated) and help drive a thriving team.
Litigation experience is desirable.
Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive
Litigation experience is preferred but not essential
