Accuflex is working with a leading international law firm to offer an outstanding opportunity for a talented Real Estate Finance Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their Tier 1‑ranked team in London.

This role offers the chance to work on some of the most complex and high‑value real estate finance transactions in the market, advising major institutional clients across commercial, residential, and mixed‑use sectors. You’ll be part of a high‑performing, collaborative team known for delivering excellence across secured lending structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise lenders and borrowers on real estate investment and development finance transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements.
  • Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks across secured lending frameworks.
  • Collaborate with real estate, tax, and corporate teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Engage directly with clients and contribute to strategic transaction planning.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years’ PQE.
  • Experience in real estate finance or general banking and finance, ideally from a recognised law firm.
  • Strong technical skills and a commercial approach to legal problem‑solving.
  • Excellent drafting and stakeholder communication skills.

Location & Working Pattern

  • London‑based
  • Hybrid working (minimum two days in office)
