Are you a skilled biostatistician looking to take the lead on exciting, complex projects across the EMEA region? Our client, a top-tier CRO, is seeking a Lead Biostatistician to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is confident leading statistical aspects of clinical trials. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to study design, and guide programming and analysis to ensure high-quality outcomes for global studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead statistical activities on clinical trials of moderate to large complexity
- Provide input on protocols, sample size, and randomisation
- Develop statistical analysis plans and review study documentation
- Oversee and validate statistical tables, listings, and reports
- Collaborate with data management and programming teams
- Support project delivery to timelines and budget
- Act as a primary contact for sponsor communication
About You:
- MSc/PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in clinical trials (CRO or pharma environment)
- Strong SAS programming and statistical skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamworking abilities
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive
