We are seeking a Lead Business Architect to drive enterprise-wide business architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment between business strategy, technology solutions, and operational capabilities.

This role involves translating business challenges into technical solutions, engaging with business partners and senior colleagues, and leading a team of Principle Solution Architects and Solution Architects.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining the business capability model
• Defining and implementing business architecture frameworks and governance
• Ensuring solutions meet business requirements considering value, scalability, and supportability
• Conducting Business Impact Assessments

Key Requirements:

• Approximately 8 years of experience in business roles, enterprise change, or strategy consulting
• Knowledge of technology solutions across OT and IT
• Experience in enterprise systems, programme, and demand management
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Desirable: experience with FMCG or CPG organizations, certifications like TOGAF, BIZBOK, Lean Six Sigma, Agile
