Overview
Job Title: Senior Business Change Professional. Location: Preston or Frimley, United Kingdom. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements available – speak to your recruiter about options. Salary: Circa £47,000 dependent on experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the development and delivery of business change collateral such as business change plans, change impact assessments, communications plans, stakeholder assessments and training plans for the project as part of an IT transformation programme of work.
- Take accountability for business change delivery within small to medium sized projects and change actions or work packages, or support in delivering part of a moderate change programme or business transformation, reporting business benefit realisation.
- Work with key stakeholders to agree core project benefits and the benefits management plan, including KPIs to measure benefits being met.
- Set up and facilitate a cohesive change network and change champion programme as part of a wider change adoption plan.
- From the adoption of new technologies through to supporting the implementation of new systems or ways of working, ensure that business change management is embedded, delivered and assured through appropriate and justified standard approaches across the project.
Essential qualifications
- Business Change experience and knowledge of Change Management theory and methodologies, processes, policies and procedures
- The ability to effectively carry out Business Change Management tasks of small to medium complexity and provide guidance in those areas
- A proven track record of managing change within enterprise-wide IT projects
- Effective influencing and stakeholder management experience
- APMG or other suitable Business Change Qualification such as PROSCI at Practitioner level or equivalent experience

The Business Change Team
You will be joining an experienced change management office of Business Change and Business Analyst professionals, delivering end to end change management support and capability across enterprise technology projects. This is an opportunity to work within a key enterprise-wide technology transformation project. You will work with multiple stakeholders globally and you will help drive and implement new ways of working across a large complex business.
