Lead Country HR Business Partner We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as a Lead Country HR Business Partner. You will play a critical role in driving the strategic people agenda, translating it into actionable initiatives which drive meaningful value to the business outcomes, whilst aligning to the overall Global HR strategy. Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home. Reporting to: Head of HRBP UK & IE. Responsibilities

Partner with the Country MT and/or Senior Management teams to co-create and drive the people agenda Commercially minded and enjoys connecting people strategies with business outcomes Acts as a change agent, supporting management teams with solutions and provides strategic thought partnership Comfortable working with ambiguity within a fast paced, matrixed organisation Leverages data to provide insights and trends to inform decision making and/or influence senior leaders where appropriate Considers best practice and relevant compliance in the execution of projects and initiatives Demonstrable experience in a strategic HR position, working alongside senior leadership Strong organisation and execution abilities Proven track record working in an international and matrixed environment Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across all levels
